Packing list

Packing list for one pair of safe futsal goals:

  • Main carton – 2 cartons
  • Side poles (shrink wrapped) – 2 pcs
  • Nets – 1 bag

 

Each carton contents:

  • Crossbar – 1 pc
  • Post – 2 pcs
  • Back bar – 1 pc
  • Angle joint (black) – 2 pcs
  • Angle joint (silver) – 2 pcs
  • Side pole bracket – 2 pcs
  • Net attachment rope (white) – 1 pc
  • Net support stripe – 1 pc
  • Fasteners bag – 1 pc

Fasteners bag contents (per goal):

  • Bolts M6x40 – 8 pcs
  • Bolts M8x15 – 8 pcs
  • Bolts M8x60mm – 6 pcs
  • Washers – 12 pcs
  • Nuts M8 – 6 pcs
  • Net clips
  • Rubber finger protectors

Net support stripe:

Side poles wrap:

  • Two side poles

Tool of necessity:

  • Knife
  • Hex key M6
  • Hex key M8
  • Wrench key 1/2

Step 1. Unboxing

  1. Use the knife to cut the scotch tape and open the cartons.
  2. Unwrap posts, crossbar, side poles and fasteners bag using the knife. Be careful while unwrapping the crossbar and poles – do not damage the PVC-cover with the knife.
  3. Utilize wrapping after unboxing.

Step 2. Crossbar-posts jointing

  1. Insert Angle joint (black) and Angle joint (silver) into the left side of the crossbar as shown on the picture below.
  2. Insert bolts to fix both angle joints in the crossbar. Do not tighten the bolts.
  3. Attach left post to the crossbar inserting both angle joints into the post.

  1. Insert bolts to fix both angle joints in the post.
  2. Tighten all bolts using the hex key.

  1. Repeat steps 1-5 for right post.

Step 3. Side poles assembly

WARNING! Pictures below contain old design of the side pole bracket. New one looks differenct, gives more durability, but has the same way to be set up.

  1. Install side pole bracket on the left crossbar-post joint as shown on the picture. Make sure the holes in the bracket positioned towards the post (perpendicular to the crossbar)
  2. Install the bolts with washers.

  1. Tighten the bolts.
  1. Insert one side pole into the pole bracket.

  1. Fix the pole with bolt, washer and nut. Do not tighten the bolt.
  2. Repeat 1-5 for the right side.
  3. Unscrew two bolts from the bottom of the left post. See picture below.
  4. Install side pole.

  1. Tighten the bolts.
  2. Repeat 7-8 for the right side.

Step 4. Back bar installation

  1. One person holds the back bar and attaches it to side poles: one hole of the back bar should match the hole of the side pole, another hole of the back bar should match the hole of the lower side pole.
  2. Second person fixes the back bar with bolts, washers and nuts.
  3. Tighten the bolts.
  4. Tighten the bolts of side poles brackets from Step 3.


Step 5. Net attachment

  1. Attach net support strap as on the pictures below

    Install two eyebolts into the holes in sidebars

    Connect both eyebolts using the stretching screw and the stripe
  2. Insert rubber protectors into a channel in posts and crossbar. Leave about 1 inch space between the protectors to insert net clips in the next move.
  3. Put the net over the lying goals. Make sure the black rope ends are on the side poles bends as shown on the picture below. Make sure that thick wires of the net come alongside poles.
  4. Attach the net to crossbar and post using net clips.

  1. Use the net attachment rope (white on the pictures, but you should get a colored one delivered) to fix the next to sidebars and back bar as shown on the picture below.

 


Step 6. Start using the goals

  1. Flip the goals and place them on the court.
  2. Make sure the goals are anchored or sandbagged. We recommend at least 50lbs of sandbags per goal.
  3. .2..1.. GO PLAY FUTSAL!
